Congratulations Future Connections Class of 2011. We are so excited to see you at the Life Skills Workshops June 9 and June 10 at the Cleveland Heights Public Library. As stated in your letter and email, you are REQUIRED to bring the following forms – completed and signed by your parents – to the first day of Life Skills.
